Lead the launch of a brand-new early learning centre and create something exceptional from day one. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to take the lead in opening a brand-new 100-place Early Learning Centre and establish a high-quality service that will become a cornerstone of the local community.

The Role As Centre Director, you will play a critical role in preparing the service for opening and establishing it as the provider of choice within the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the centre opening project
- Building strong relationships with local families and community groups
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Driving occupancy growth and family engagement
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident and experienced leader who thrives on building services from the ground up.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience opening or setting up a new early learning service
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory compliance
- Excellent relationship-building and community engagement skills
- A warm, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
- Strong commercial awareness alongside a commitment to quality outcomes
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
