Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑onLinux System Administrator / Engineer with robust expertise in managing, optimizing, and maintainingRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency inperformance tuning ,configuration management , andinfrastructure automation , along with practical exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Linux deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintainRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems across production and non-production environments.
- Performperformance tuning of operating systems, kernels, and server hardware to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Manage and automate configuration management tasks usingRedHat Satellite, Puppet, and Ansible .
- Support and maintain enterprise Linux technology solutions such asCentrify, NTP , and related services.
- Conductday-to-day performance monitoring , troubleshooting, and incident management for Linux servers.
- ImplementInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions leveraging tools such asPuppet andAnsible .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams working onvirtualization ,networking devices ,storage , andMicrosoft Azure environments .




- Ensure system compliance with enterprise security, operational, and performance standards.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and handle system escalations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of hands‑on experience inLinux system administration (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
- Deep expertise insystem and kernel performance tuning .
- Strong working knowledge ofRedHat Satellite ,Puppet , andAnsible for automation and configuration management.
- Experience withenterprise Linux environments integrating solutions likeCentrify, NTP , and similar technologies.
- Practical understanding ofvirtualization platforms ,networking fundamentals ,storage systems , andcloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred) .
- Familiarity withInfrastructure-as-Code principles and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent certification.
- Exposure toDevOps andcloud automation practices.
- Experience working inlarge-scale enterprise environments with hybrid infrastructure.
