Miller Leith is seeking a senior Workers' Compensation claims specialist for our flagship Victorian site. This hands-on role reports to the Health & Safety Manager, focusing on end-to-end claims management for complex, high-risk cases in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
You will drive early intervention, coordinate return-to-work programs, run case conferences with treating practitioners, and coach site leaders on injury management to balance cost, risk and compliance.
