Success Care Provider Pty Ltd in Craigieburn, VIC, is hiring a Personal Care Assistant on a full time basis (38 hours per week). You will deliver person-centred support in participants' homes, working with a small team to promote independence, dignity and inclusion while adhering to NDIS Practice Standards.

The role involves personal care tasks, mobility support, medication administration and recording progress notes, with supervision from health professionals.
