Container Exchange (COEX) is seeking a Senior Operations Improvement Lead to drive senior-level improvement initiatives across the Operations division. You will lead defined workstreams, solve complex operational problems, coordinate implementation and ensure current practices become BAU.
Working with internal teams, network partners and suppliers, you will translate issues into practical delivery plans, develop documentation and run workshops to embed changes.
