An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Remuneration Specialist to join our Rewards & Benefits team based in South Brisbane.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping remuneration strategy across the Sime Industrial network, partnering closely with Hastings Deering, one of our largest and most influential businesses, along with a diverse portfolio of companies across Australia.

Working with senior leaders and HR stakeholders, you will provide expert remuneration advice and deliver initiatives that drive market competitiveness, support equitable reward practices, and enable business success. What you'll be doing:

- Lead remuneration, performance and incentive cycles, including executive remuneration, salary reviews and incentive outcomes.
- Provide expert remuneration advice to HR and business leaders.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Maintain remuneration frameworks, salary structures and governance standards.
- Deliver remuneration, workforce and executive reporting to regional and Head Office stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with remuneration policies, governance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead remuneration projects, policy enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support international mobility and expatriate remuneration programs.
- Partner with Head Office and regional stakeholders across Asia on reward and workforce matters.

What you'll need:

- Proven experience in remuneration, compensation and benefits, or reward consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex remuneration data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience managing annual remuneration review cycles, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS, payroll and reporting tools (ie Workday, iChris and Power BI highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
- Experience with job evaluation and job architecture tool/methodologies, preferably Korn Ferry.
- A high level of attention to detail, commercial acumen and a passion for equitable and effective reward practices.
