The Position

The Womenu2019s College within The University of Sydney is seeking a commercially minded and service-focused Business Manager to lead the Collegeu2019s finance, governance, risk, compliance, procurement, business systems and corporate administration functions.

The Business Manager is responsible for the Collegeu2019s corporate services portfolio, including finance, governance, procurement, compliance, risk, business systems and business administration. The role is accountable for maintaining strong financial stewardship, effective corporate governance and scalable business practices that support the Collegeu2019s sustainability and day-to-day operations.

Reporting to and working closely with the Principal and Campus Operations, the role ensures the College has the financial insight, commercial discipline, systems, controls and support required to make informed decisions and deliver services effectively.





This is a key leadership prospect for a commercially minded and service-focused professional to contribute to the continued success and sustainability of The Womenu2019s College. The successful candidate will bring strong financial, governance and operational capability, together with the confidence to lead business systems, compliance, procurement and corporate support functions within a values-led residential college environment.
