We are currently seeking highly motivatedProject Manager to join ourConstruction team.

We are looking for a Project Manager with the desire to manageStructuralSteelProjects to the expectations of our clients, whilst achieving budgets and timeframes.

The successful candidate will bereporting to the Operations Manager - Construction andresponsible for overseeing project related activities.

Key duties will be:

Management project procurement, including material, equipment and labour.

Client, Supplier and Subcontractor liaison.

Coordination of design and document, including specifications.

Contract administration. Manage conditions of contract and legislative requirements.

Compile project documentation and reports.

Undertake regular site inspection / visit.

Monthly reconciling of Job Costing to associated budgets.





Prepare payment schedule and payment claims.

To successfully secure this position you need to demonstrate:

Industry experienced, preferably as a Project Manager withlow-rise structural steel project experience.

Willingness to travel.

Excellent communication skills at all levels of industry, both written and verbal.

Energetic and deadline-focused with excellent attention to detail.

High standard of presentation both professional and personal.

A commitment to WH&S;, QA and Setting.

Soundabilities using Microsoft Office software.
