As a Defects Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our high-rise residential projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the defect identification and rectification process. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and construction expertise will be essential in delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

- - Supervise and lead a team of tradespeople and subcontractors in the identification and rectification of defects in high-rise residential buildings.
- - Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and quality control teams to develop and execute defect correction plans.




- - Conduct thorough inspections to identify defects in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
- - Maintain detailed records of defects, progress, and completion status.
- - Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

- - Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
