Reporting to the Compliance & Standards Manager, the Site Standards Project Lead is a 12-month fixed-term role responsible for supporting the development of consistent Retail Standards and establishing a new joint readiness process across all Viva Energy Retail brands. The role will work closely with key support functions to develop practical standards, readiness gates, checklists and handover processes.

This role is open to candidates in Adelaide or Melbourne.

You will provide:

- Support the development and implementation of a consistent Retail Standards framework across Viva Energy Retail brands.
- Develop practical, clear and auditable standards covering store execution, compliance, customer experience and operational readiness.
- Establish readiness gates, checklists, sign-off requirements and handover processes for new builds, conversions and format changes.
- Support project delivery, stakeholder engagement and implementation across stores and support functions.




- Engage with field leaders and support teams to identify gaps, resolve practical issues and ensure standards are fit for purpose.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the standards, readiness and assurance processes.
- Embed the new standards and readiness processes into business-as-usual operations, with clear ownership and governance.
