We're looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes, leveraging strong Microsoft M365 expertise to identify improvement opportunities, solve complex business problems, and deliver practical, user-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical capability with business insight, strong stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset. They are curious,
proactive and passionate about using Microsoft technologies to improve user experience, streamline processes and deliver measurable value to the organisation.
