BLUE OCEAN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – Doncaster East VIC

Blue Ocean Property Development is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role will provide hands‑on project coordination support across our land development projects, working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently and according to program. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands the practical requirements of land development projects and is confident coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking project milestones and following up on outstanding actions.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with the coordination and delivery of land development projects

Monitor project programs, key milestones, deliverables and deadlines

Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, town planners, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders

Follow up on design, planning, approvals, engineering and construction progress

Maintain project schedules, action lists, documentation and project records

Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes, action items and follow-ups

Track outstanding issues and ensure actions are followed through to completion





Assist with project site inspections and monitor construction progress

Review and coordinate project documentation, drawings, reports and technical information

Assist with consultant and contractor coordination and performance follow‑up

About you

Australian local experience in land development projects

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline

Practical experience in Land Development, Subdivision, Civil Works or Infrastructure projects

A valuable understanding of the Australian land development process

Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders

Ability to understand engineering drawings, plans, reports and technical documentation

Strong project coordination, communication and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and follow them through to resolution

Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin
