Our client is a Sydney-based print and manufacturing business specialising in retail and supermarket signage. They design, produce and deliver in-store and point-of-sale signage for some of Australia's best-known retailers and brands.

We're looking for a hands‑on Factory Supervisor to run our client's signage production floor day to day keeping jobs moving on time, safely, and to a high standard, while leading and getting the best from the team.

What you'll do

- Plan and schedule daily production across print, finishing and dispatch
- Lead and supervise the factory team (permanent and casual), allocating labour to hit deadlines
- Keep jobs flowing to time and quality; spot and explicit bottlenecks on the floor
- Own workplace health & safety and housekeeping standards




- Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate with the Print and Prepress teams
- Support training and cross-skilling of floor staff

What we're looking for

- Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal)
- Strong planning and organisation - comfortable juggling competing deadlines
- A hands‑on leader who can motivate a team and hold standards
- Sound WHS knowledge and a safety‑first mindset
- A practical problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure
- A continuous‑improvement mindset a plus
