Talent Acquisition Administrator | 4 Positions

Macquarie Park, Sydney | 2 to 2.5 month contract | $400-$500 per day including super

Talent International is seeking four Talent Acquisition Administrators to support the recruitment operations team of a leading Australian retailer. These short term contracts are expected to start in mid October.

You’ll support the administrative side of recruitment, working on a specific part of the process rather than managing hiring from start to finish. The work will suit someone who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks and takes pride in getting the details right.

What we’re looking for:

- An understanding of the end to end recruitment process
- Robust administration skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working through repetitive tasks accurately
- Confidence to spot discrepancies and raise them with the team
- Curiosity about how the process works and a willingness to ask questions

The roles are based in Macquarie Park, with hybrid working arrangements and office attendance required.
