The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join us on a full time basis at our warehouse in Lawnton.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate, efficient and timely processing of deliveries, stock movements and customer orders.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing, implementing and optimising warehouse processes and operational procedures.
- Recruit, train, coach and lead warehouse team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Manage workforce planning, task allocation and performance management to maximise productivity and service levels.
- Champion workplace safety by maintaining compliance, conducting inspections, managing risks and promoting safe work practices.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and audits, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while analysing warehouse performance metrics and providing operational reporting to management.

What You Bring To The Team

- Unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
- Demonstrated warehouse management, logistics and inventory control experience.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
