- Salaries: $85,000 - $105,000 + Super (depending on experience)

What's on Offer?

- Structured Support - Start with zero clients in Week 1, shadow in Weeks 2-3, then have your caseload gradually increase from there
- Weekly 1:1 supervision , team case conferences, and lots of mentorship.
- Capped Travel: Clients grouped near home to minimise travel
- Versatile Schedule - Start as late as 10AM, finish by 5:30PM. Choose a standard 5 day week or 9-day fortnight.
- Professional Development Allowance - $1500 annually
- Low KPI Targets - between 20-25 depending on your experience level with a focus on support
- Supportive Culture - Be part of a tight-knit, expanding team. Monthly team building, quarterly socials, and guidance from a 7-year Clinical Lead.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license
