Kinetic IT is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to provide onsite, end-user support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot incidents, support hardware refresh, manage assets, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
You'll work across multiple customer locations, perform deskside support, and participate in after-hours on-call activities as required.
