Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ robust team, drive service, and manage stock and safety in a high-volume store. You'll report to the Operations Manager and work with colleagues across Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden.

You’ll open and close the store on weekdays and weekends, coach and develop your team, optimize merchandising, and ensure Best Experience for customers while upholding our value of Best Prices.
