Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced HST / Safety Officer to join a mining operation on a short-term basis, Monday-Friday roster.
This is a DIDO position, food and accommodation provided while onsite.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration, organisation and document control skills who enjoys working in a busy mining environment and supporting Health, Safety & Training functions.

About the Role
Working as part of the Health, Safety & Training (HST) team, you will provide administration and coordination support across a range of safety, training and site-based functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and processing for HST systems
- Raising purchase requisitions and invoices
- Tracking department expenditure through accruals and forecasts
- Site administration and uploading training documentation
- Coordinating external training and health assessment bookings
- Maintaining accurate document control and records management
- Preparing and maintaining reports,
including work hours and safety data
- Providing general administrative support to the HST team as required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of tasks
- Strong document control and records management skills
- Excellent written communication, grammar and proofreading skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a mining, HST, safety, training or similar environment will be highly regarded
