We are offering an chance for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong tenant relations, and maximising returns for landlords.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating all aspects of property management, including tenant selection and lease renewals
- Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Managing maintenance and repairs, including liaising with trades and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property management role




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
- Proficiency with property management software and related technologies
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience with NCAT
- An attractive salary package based on experience with commissions
