Warehouse Supervisor Zetland, Sydney | Full-Time | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Join a growing and fast-paced team! Our client is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Zetland.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys being hands‑on and has the leadership skills to keep a warehouse running smoothly. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, stock is organised and the team stays on track.
About the Role You’ll play an important role in keeping the warehouse moving, with responsibilities including:

- Overseeing daily warehouse and fulfilment operations
- Managing the dispatch team and workflow
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating dispatches, deliveries and couriers
- Managing Flash Couriers and organising stock replenishment
- Receiving and organising incoming stock
- Coordinating wholesale deliveries and stock movements
- Managing casual team members and supporting their workflow
- Moving stock between the main warehouse and nearby off‑site storage
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day priorities
- Identifying ways to improve processes and solve problems as they arise




- Ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, agile and genuinely enjoys being hands‑on .
You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to lead and coordinate a team
- A proactive, practical and solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and reliable nature
- The ability to adapt quickly as priorities and processes change
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- The ability to comfortably lift and move stock up to 20kg
- A current driver’s licence
- CIN 7 experience a positive

You’ll be someone who is happy to roll up your sleeves, jump in where needed and keep things moving . The business is growing and evolving, so being flexible, open to change and comfortable thinking on your feet will be key.

The Team

You’ll work closely with a supportive and experienced Operations Manager , with clear direction and strong support around you. The warehouse team includes dispatch, wholesale and casual staff, and you’ll play an important role in coordinating their workflow and keeping everyone aligned.
