The Role

This is a customer-facing L2 position focused on incident and request resolution for our Managed Services customers. You'll respond to alerts across our infrastructure and security monitoring tools, attend client sites when needed, and work alongside Senior L2/L3 Engineers to identify improvements and risks in customer environments.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in an IT Support or Managed Services role
- Strong experience in desktop support, hardware deployment and troubleshooting
- Demonstrable troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Exposure to server, network and security infrastructure
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
- End user devices (workstations and laptops)
- Wireless networking, switches and routers
- Firewalls (policies and logging)
- Windows Server platforms
- Backup solutions
