Retail Credit Analyst (6-Month Contract)

- Pay Rate: $45.00/hr + super
- Work Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract (Potential extension) | Weekend & OT Availability Required

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading finance provider currently experiencing a surge in business volume following new key partnerships. We are seeking experienced Retail Credit Analysts to step into 6-month contract roles to support their ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive credit assessments on consumer and commercial retail finance applications.
- Conduct credit bureau checks, income verification, and AML/KYC due diligence.
- Recommend and approve loan decisions within defined Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).
- Build and maintain relationships with introducers and broker networks to negotiate mutual outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to NCCP, Responsible Lending Guidelines, and company policy.

What We Are Looking For:





- Proven experience as a Credit Analyst
- Prior experience holding or operating under a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).
- Solid understanding of NCCP and Responsible Lending frameworks.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to think outside the box on credit decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative team mentality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or be rostered for weekend shifts (Saturdays) as volumes require.
- Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders with relevant local or overseas credit assessment experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
