Tank Stream Labs The Marketing & Community Manager is a combined role responsible for both the marketing strategy and execution, and the day-to-day community and member experience, of the Tank Stream Labs Barangaroo site. The role owns site‑level marketing — local market research, campaigns, content and digital marketing — as well as the community management function that keeps Barangaroo a collaborative, engaging and well‑run site for its members.

Advantages Task & responsibilities

This is a single‑site, on‑the‑ground role focused solely on the Barangaroo location.

- Develop, coordinate and execute the Barangaroo site's marketing objectives, policies and campaign programs, aligned to that site's occupancy, membership and commercial targets.
- Conduct local market research specific to the Barangaroo precinct — including its resident businesses, financial and professional services tenant base, and competing workspace providers in the immediate area — to identify site‑level growth opportunities.
- Advise on pricing, promotion and positioning of the Barangaroo site's membership products, meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, local SEO/SEM) targeted at prospective members and businesses local to Barangaroo, to drive site enquiries and tours.
- Create and manage content specific to the Barangaroo site across social media, email and the site's web presence, and develop campaign assets and collateral used to promote the site to prospective members and partners.




- Analyse campaign and digital performance data for Barangaroo to generate site‑level insights and recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Barangaroo members, delivering proactive, personalised engagement that builds member satisfaction and supports retention.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver the site's community calendar — workshops, networking events and member programming — that fosters a collaborative and educational environment for the Barangaroo membership.
- Onboard new members to the Barangaroo site and its systems, and work with the Operations team to maintain workspace standards and a member‑ready environment.
- Conduct space tours for prospective members, support lead conversion and process membership agreements for the site.
- Monitor member feedback and satisfaction, and resolve member concerns and enquiries in collaboration with Operations.
- Forecast occupancy and membership trends for Barangaroo, and identify upgrade and retention opportunities within the existing member base.
- Prepare regular reporting for the COO on Barangaroo marketing performance, occupancy and membership trends, and community engagement outcomes.

Qualification & experience

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field,



or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and content channels.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Strong content creation, copywriting and brand messaging skills.
- Experience in a community, membership, coworking, hospitality or client‑facing environment, with genuine relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing marketing and member‑facing demands.
