About the Role:

As aBody Corporate Accountant , you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial operations for a portfolio of Body Corporate clients. From trust accounts and reconciliations through to reporting and budgets, you’ll keep the numbers accurate, compliant and on track. You’ll work closely with Body Corporate Managers, committees and external stakeholders, bringing a sharp eye for detail,



strong organisation and a proactive approach to a fast‑paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparefinancial statements, reports, budgets and levy schedules
- Managetrust accounts, bank reconciliations and financial records
- Processaccounts payable and receivable
- Assist withmonth‑end and year‑end processes
- Liaise withBody Corporate Managers, committees and external stakeholders
- Ensuretrust accounting and legislative requirements are met
- Manage a busy portfolio while keepingaccuracy and deadlines firmly in check

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for astrata‑savvy, numbers‑focused professional with some Body Corporate accounting experience and an understanding of trust accounting and key financial processes. You’ll beorganised, accurate and proactive , with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.StrataMax experience is preferred, along with strongExcel and Microsoft Office skills.
