About the role





You'll deliver person-centred occupational therapy services across aged care and community settings, helping older Australians maintain their independence, safety and quality of life in the place they call home. This diverse role offers the opportunity to work across a range of clinical areas, including functional assessments, assistive technology and equipment prescription, home modifications, falls prevention, cognitive support, pressure care, and strategies that help clients safely participate in everyday activities.

As an Occupational Therapist working aged care, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while supporting them to achieve goals that matter most to them. You'll collaborate closely with clients, families, carers and care teams to deliver practical solutions that promote confidence and independence, with ongoing support from experienced Clinical Coordinators, Senior Clinicians and Supervisors who are genuinely invested in your growth and development.

What you'll bring

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation or disability settings (desirable but not essential)
