CAP Connect is looking for an experienced Senior Print Service Technician to join our Gladstone team. This is a hands‑on field role with real autonomy, a competitive total package, and the kind of workload that keeps a positive technician genuinely engaged.

We service FujiFilm and Lexmark devices across a loyal regional customer base. You'll be the go‑to technical person on the ground, diagnosing faults, conducting scheduled maintenance, and building the kind of customer relationships that keep businesses running.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and repairing hardware faults on FujiFilm and Lexmark print devices.

Conducting preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing across the Gladstone region.

Managing break‑fix support and installations on customer sites.

Keeping accurate service records and managing your own parts inventory.

Acting as the senior technical voice, the person the team and customers rely on when things get technical.

What we're looking for

Solid, hands‑on experience servicing print and MFD equipment, any brand background is welcome. If you've spent years working on Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon, Kyocera, Sharp or any other manufacturer, your skills transfer directly.

We care about your technical instinct, your work ethic, and your ability to work independently, not which badge was on the last machine you fixed.

A current Australian driver's licence is essential. You must have the right to work in Australia, Australian citizens,



permanent residents, and eligible visa holders are all welcome to apply.
