We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Exercise Physiologist with health surveillance experience to join our team as a Health Surveillance & Wellbeing Specialist.

Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality wellbeing services to clients while supporting health surveillance reporting, quality assurance, operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Services are delivered across metropolitan client locations, with occasional travel to regional and interstate sites.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing





Your time will be split between client service delivery and supporting the effective operation of our health surveillance program.

Depending on your professional qualifications, experience and scope of practice, services you may be responsible for delivering include:

- Health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry and vision assessments
- Health risk assessments
- Job task analyses and job dictionaries
- Ergonomic and manual handling assessments
- Manual handling training, observations and recommendations
- Onsite pre-employment assessments
- Heart health, body composition and musculoskeletal checks
- Functional conditioning programs
- Development and delivery of onsite resources, including posters and flyers
- Training across a range of injury prevention and workplace health topics
- Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives, including nutrition and exercise programs
- You’ll also contribute to reporting, service quality activities, operational support and continuous improvement initiatives, helping ensure our health surveillance services continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients nationwide.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Qualification as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)




- Demonstrated experience delivering workplace health surveillance programs
- Strong practical experience conducting audiometry and spirometry assessments (Formal audiometry and Spirometry qualifications or certification Highly Regarded)
- Experience working within occupational health, workplace health or corporate health environments delivering onsite health assessments
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across metropolitan client locations, with occasional regional and interstate travel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
