Project Coordinator – Commercial Cabinetry & Joinery

KitchenCraft Design Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator – Commercial Cabinetry & Joinery to join our team in Boronia.

This is a full-time role for someone who understands how cabinetry projects move from drawings through production and installation. You’ll work closely with builders, clients, designers, factory staff, suppliers and installers to keep projects moving and make sure issues are picked up early.

You’ll need a good practical understanding of shop drawings, cabinetry construction, manufacturing, installation and site coordination .

Key responsibilities

Coordinate commercial cabinetry and joinery projects from design through to production and installation

Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and project specifications

Follow up project schedules, production dates, deliveries and installation

Liaise with builders, clients, designers, suppliers, factory staff and installers

Attend site measures, inspections and meetings when required

Coordinate drawing revisions, variations and project changes

Help resolve design, production and installation issues

Follow up outstanding information and keep projects moving

Maintain project documentation, schedules and records

Coordinate communication between the office, factory and site teams





Assist with multiple projects at different stages

What we’re looking for

Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial cabinetry, joinery or commercial fit-out

Strong experience with cabinetry design, shop drawings and installation

Good understanding of cabinetry manufacturing, materials and hardware

Experience with site coordination and installation

Ability to read architectural and shop drawings

Experience coordinating projects from design through to installation

Good organisational and time-management skills

Clear communication with builders, clients, suppliers and installers

Practical problem-solving skills

CAD or cabinetry design software experience is an advantage
