TFE Hotels is seeking a People Systems Specialist to optimise Dayforce and related HR systems on a fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) across Australia and Current Zealand, with standard Monday–Friday hours.
You will deliver high-quality support, gain Dayforce expertise, improve HR processes, and assist on onboarding, performance and compensation modules. Prior Dayforce experience is highly regarded.
