Key responsibilities

- Oversee the coordination and execution of Hebel panel installation in office
- Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and company quality standards
- Manage daily site operations, material deliveries, and workflow scheduling
- Proactively resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team
- Report project progress to the Project Manager and assist with on-site documentation

About you

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Hebel or similar wall systems
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes




- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Own transport and basic tools (vehicle allowance available)
