Women’s Pelvic Health + Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Move Beyond - Full-Time - NSW

$85-105k base + fortnightly performance incentives

Women’s health physio is a calling. Finding the right first role to match it is a different challenge.

About You:

You have a genuine passion for women’s health, musculoskeletal, and pelvic health, and enjoy the variety of working with a mixed caseload.

You have some training in pelvic health already and you are looking to continue the journey of pelvic health training over time.

What you need now is a clinical environment where you can actually develop that knowledge with real patients, real mentors, and a team that takes this work as seriously as you do.

About Us:

We’re a private practice group that takes the work seriously, and ourselves a little less so.

We’ve built a genuinely connected team across three states - shared clinical standards, real investment in the people doing the work, and a culture where no one is left to figure it out alone. We move quickly, we’re honest about what’s not working, and we fix it.

Our aspiration: to redefine modern healthcare where empowered teams, connected care and innovation collide to create lasting impact in every community we serve.

That’s not a tagline we forget about after the brand launch. It’s the thing we make decisions against.

About the Role

As a Women’s Men's Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Move Beyond, you’ll:

- Work inside a dedicated Women’s Men's Pelvic Health (WMPH) team alongside experienced pelvic health practitioners
- Access structured mentoring, in-house PD, and a national network of WMPH clinicians to learn from
- Develop your clinical confidence across the full scope - continence, prolapse, pregnancy, postnatal, and beyond

What We’re Looking For

- A physiotherapist registered with AHPRA, with a focus or strong interest in pelvic health whilst also enjoying a mixed caseload involving musculoskeletal cases
- Post-graduate or continuing education in women’s health (OR actively pursuing it)
- Someone who approaches this work with sensitivity, curiosity, and genuine care for the patient in front of them
- A team player who understands that women’s health practice is better when it’s not done alone

What You’ll Get

- A base salary of $85-105k, plus fortnightly performance incentives
- Real career architecture - clinician, mentor, educator, clinic director, and beyond. We mean that.
- VALD force plates, AI-assisted clinical notes, and up-to-date clinical spaces that match your standards
- Paid parental leave (genuinely inclusive), education grants, study leave, and in-house PD
- A national team that shares knowledge openly and actually enjoys each other
