Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Alex Heads Hotel on the Sunshine Coast. This role supports the Publican, leads a team of hospitality staff, and ensures smooth, protected, and vibrant floor operations across dining, gaming, and bar services.
You will collaborate with peers in a multi-Assistant Manager model to drive standards, lead by example, and engage with locals and guests to deliver excellent service. RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers licences are required.
