Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery

About the Role

Stag Machinery Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery to join our growing team in Toowoomba, Dalby and Chinchilla.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of agricultural and construction equipment to farmers, contractors, and agribusiness clients. Success in this position will rely on your ability to build long-term relationships, understand customer operations, and provide tailored machinery solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions

- Conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing product features and benefits

- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales

- Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events

- Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed on industry developments





- Work closely with parts and service teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support

About You

- Proven experience in agricultural or construction machinery sales (or a related industry)

- 3-5 years’ experience in machinery sales preferred

- Strong understanding of farming operations and construction equipment applications

- Knowledge of Agricultural machinery, and implements highly regarded

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

- Australian work rights
