Senior Administration Officer - Medical Imaging Finance

As a Senior Administration Officer within Medical Imaging Finance, you will support the day-to-day billing, revenue and financial operations of the department. Working with patients, clinicians, health funds, vendors and internal teams, you will help ensure accurate billing, timely payments and effective revenue management while contributing to continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Medical Imaging billing, revenue and debt management activities.
- Identify and process Activity Based Funding and Own Source Revenue opportunities.
- Reconcile payments, process invoices and maintain accurate financial records and systems.
- Provide advice, training and support on billing processes, Medicare and finance systems.

About you:

You are an organised and customer-focused administration professional with strong finance and billing capabilities. You can work autonomously, communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders and maintain accuracy in a complex healthcare environment.

Skills & Experience

- Strong administration, finance, billing or revenue management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using clinical, financial or hospital information systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements.
