At CANN Dental Group , our 12-month graduate program is designed around one simple idea:

You should have the autonomy to grow, without ever feeling like you're on your own.

You’ll have access to:

- Face-to-face clinical mentorship from experienced dentists within the clinic

- Digital dentist support , including a dedicated dentist group chat, case discussions, treatment‑planning reviews and strategy meetings

- Direct mentorship from our owners

- Monthly business mentorship with our Operations Manager, with ongoing access whenever you need it

- Shadowing and observation opportunities , including exposure to experienced clinicians and group specialists

- In-clinic emergency support when you encounter something outside your current experience

- A team of experienced, qualified Dental Assistants and an experienced Practice Manager around you every day

You won't be micromanaged.

You won't be expected to pretend you know something you don't.

And you won't be left to work things out alone.

We want you to become a confident dentist who knows when to take on a challenge — and when to ask for help.

For graduates who want to understand it, we'll open that door.

Through our business mentorship program, you'll have the opportunity to learn about things such as:

- Treatment planning and case presentation

- Building and retaining a patient base

- Practice KPIs and performance

- Appointment utilisation

- The economics of private dentistry

- Dentist remuneration and practice profitability

- Career development and leadership

Our established general dentists regularly achieve $250k–$500k+ annual earnings , demonstrating what can be achieved through a successful career in general private dentistry.

You’ll be working from Biloela Family Dental (Bileola) & Calliope Family Dental (Gladstone) , supported by the broader CANN Dental Group.

The clinic provides access to up-to-date technology and equipment, including:

- OPG

- CBCT

- Digital radiography





- Intraoral scanners

- Endodontic motor equipment

- Modern clinical facilities

- Experienced qualified Dental Assistants

- Experienced Practice Manager

And because you're part of a group rather than an isolated practice, your support network extends well beyond the four walls of your surgery.

Relocation shouldn't be the reason you don't apply.

We know relocating for your first dental position can be a big decision.

That's why we're prepared to make the transition as easy as possible.

Depending on your circumstances, we can discuss:

Accommodation. Relocation costs. Removalist assistance. Transition support.

We have accommodation available that can be used during your transition, with longer‑term arrangements also possible.

If relocation is the barrier, talk to us. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
