We’re looking for a reliable and organised Key Account Manager to join the CNW Gladstone Team.

In this fast paced role, you will

- - Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
- - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
- - Prepare quotes and sales documentation
- - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
- - Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis




- - Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)
- - Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes
- - Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
- - Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
- - Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
- - Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support
- - Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
