Brisbane-based commercial construction company seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator to prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, tender submissions and project budgets, review plans and specifications, and coordinate projects from tender through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, tender submissions and project budgets
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work and subcontractor/supplier quotations
- Coordinate projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with procurement, variations, purchase orders, scheduling and project documentation
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating, project coordination, or a similar construction role
- Robust understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
