HR Advisor | Employee Relations Specialist

As a Bright Advisor, you’ll partner with businesses across industries, guiding them through real, complex employee relations challenges, helping them make confident, compliant, and commercially sound decisions. What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide practical, expert advice on employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct & investigations, grievances & disputes.
- Interpret and advise on the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standardsand Enterprise Agreements.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused solutions, balancing compliance with business outcomes.
- Build trust with clients through clear and confident communication.

What We’re Looking For





You’re someone who combines technical knowledge with sound judgement and knows how to apply both in the real world.

- Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or HR case management.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or Law (desirable, not essential).
