We’re looking for a Head Concierge to be the face of 9 Castlereagh Street and lead the workplace experience for the building’s tenants.

You’ll bring a genuine hospitality presence to the lobby, get to know the people who work in the building and find ways to make it a place they enjoy coming to. You’ll also lead the building’s activations and amenity experiences, creating opportunities for people across different tenants to connect.

What you’ll do

- Be a visible, welcoming presence in the lobby for tenants, visitors and guests.
- Build relationships across the building and understand what each tenant’s team values.
- Support the delivery activations and amenity experiences that bring people together and add value to their working day.
- Work with building management and service partners to keep the daily experience running smoothly.
- Gather feedback, spot opportunities and suggest practical ways to improve the experience.
- Provide monthly reporting on engagement, feedback and service outcomes, turning those insights into action.




- Take pride in the presentation of the lobby and follow through on issues you notice.

The role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout the day.

You’re warm and confident with people, comfortable building relationships across different businesses and enjoy bringing ideas to life.
