These firms handle a broad range of high-calibre property transactions - from large-scale developments and commercial leasing to residential projects and advisory work.

About the Roles

Opportunities exist across multiple firms, including top-tier, mid-tier and boutique practices. You’ll work across some or all of the following areas depending on your background:

- Drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases
- Assisting developers on off-the-plan projects, joint ventures, and acquisitions
- Advising on residential and mixed-use developments
- Reviewing contracts, easements, land titles and due diligence
- Providing commercial advice to SME and institutional clients

About You

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- 1-3+ years PAE in property, commercial, or development law
- Confidence reviewing contracts and advising on transactions
- Strong legal drafting, communication, and organisational skills
- A team-player mindset with a genuine interest in property law
