Bringing together experienced GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and nursing care, our focus is on high-quality, collaborative and personalised healthcare , with the patient experience at the heart of everything we do.

As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for an exceptional Full-Time Registered Nurse to become part of our foundation team.

About the Role

As our Full-Time Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role within our clinical team and in creating the overall Vive patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Treatment room management and clinical nursing support
- Immunisations and vaccinations




- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and preventative healthcare
- Chronic disease management and care planning support
- Iron infusions and other nurse-led clinical services
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Cold chain and vaccine management
- Infection prevention and control
- Stock management and clinical equipment
- Recalls, follow-up and patient education
- Supporting accreditation, quality improvement and clinical governance
- Helping establish effective nursing systems and workflows as our clinic grows

Using Best Practice and HotDoc as part of our day-to-day clinical and patient management systems

Who We're Looking For

Clinical skills are important, but who you are as a person matters just as much to us .

We're looking for someone who is warm, confident, organised and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Ideal Candidate

- Are an AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Have experience within General Practice or primary care
- Have strong clinical and treatment room skills
- Are confident working independently while enjoying being part of a team
- Take pride in delivering a high standard of patient care
- Are proactive, organised and willing to contribute ideas
- Enjoy helping create and improve clinical systems




- Communicate warmly and professionally with patients and colleagues
- Are humble, kind and respectful
- Enjoy supporting and empowering the people around you
- Want to be part of building a positive workplace culture from the beginning

Experience with Best Practice and HotDoc is preferred and will be highly regarded.
