Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating landscape construction teams onsite
- Coordinating daily site activities, materials and subcontractors
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship across soft and hard landscaping
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and project managers
- Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and effectively
- Managing project costs and site productivity
- Completing site documentation using job management software
About You
Ideally, you'll have :
- Cert III in Landscape Construction
- Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or leading Residential landscape construction crews
- Strong knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project costs and site resources
- Ability to prioritise work and make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience using landscape or construction job management software (highly regarded)
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (required)
- Full Australian working rights
