Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually + super

Contract Type : Full-time, permanent.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver marketing initiatives across our wholesale, retail and marketplace channels, with a particular focus on business customers and partners.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will identify market opportunities, support product launches, coordinate partner promotions and use customer insights to improve marketing performance and the digital customer experience. You will also collaborate with our Chief Marketing Officer, internal teams and external agencies to coordinate activities across business and consumer marketing.

Desired Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear marketing content, presentations and proposals for business partners.
- Creativity and a sound understanding of brand positioning, product promotion and customer engagement.
- Practical knowledge of B2B and digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, customer behaviour and campaign results and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- An understanding of how website and mobile application design affects the customer experience and conversion rates, with the ability to communicate marketing requirements to designers and developers.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent branding across marketing materials, digital platforms and partner channels.
- The ability to work independently and build effective working relationships with management,



colleagues, retail and wholesale partners, and external agencies.
- Experience using marketing analytics, reporting and project management tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement B2B marketing plans and initiatives that support product launches, brand awareness and business growth across wholesale, retail and marketplace channels.
- Research market trends, customer behaviour and digital performance to identify market opportunities and recommend improvements to product positioning, promotions and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships and coordinate marketing activities with retail and marketplace partners, including David Jones, Myer, THE ICONIC and Amazon, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Identify and assess potential wholesale partners, developing targeted outreach and marketing proposals to establish new partnerships and expand market reach.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies on campaigns, SEO and content marketing, and assist in developing marketing collateral, product presentations, promotional materials and go-to-market plans that communicate product benefits and help wholesale and retail partners promote the brand.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports with recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, partner engagement and sales outcomes.




- Conduct website audits and review customer and partner feedback to identify improvements to search visibility, product information, marketing communications and the enquiry and purchasing process.
- Coordinate improvements to the website and mobile application customer experience, translating customer insights and marketing objectives into clear briefs for design and development providers to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What You'll Need:

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
- At least one year of full-time work experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, business partners and external agencies.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- An interest in home fragrance, consumer products and brand marketing.
- The initiative to take ownership of tasks, manage priorities and follow projects through to completion.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
