LuMi Dining, a two-hatted waterfront restaurant in Pyrmont, NSW, is hiring for Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. You will work with the Executive Chef on menu planning and recipe execution, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness across the kitchen.
Candidates should have a Diploma in Hospitality or 1–3 years’ experience. This is a full time role (38 hours/week) with remuneration of AUD 79,500–100,000 per annum.
