You will join a well-established, medium-sized multidisciplinary team located just 10 minutes' drive from Burleigh Heads, within an independent, family-owned Allied Health Clinic with strong staff retention and a collaborative team culture.

You'll Love this Role:

- Broad Adult Caseload: Work with clients aged approximately 16-60 across a generalist caseload, including Assistive Technology, Equipment Prescription, Minor Home Modifications, Capacity Building and ADLs.
- Clear, Manageable Billable Expectations: Complete 5 billables per day, with travel, face-to-face sessions and report writing all contributing towards your billable expectations.
- Regular Clinical Supervision: Receive weekly or fortnightly supervision from the Team Lead, who has 5+ years' experience working with adult patients.
- Professional Development: Access a $2,000 professional development allowance plus PD leave, alongside ongoing CPD and supervision to support your clinical development.
- Flexible Work Settings: Spend one day each week in clinic and four days working across the community, with WFH available for non-client-facing administration. 9 Day fortnight options.

Dynamic MDT Team:

You will join a well-established multidisciplinary team made up of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.

The practice has strong staff retention, with many clinicians having been part of the team since it opened. The culture is positive, collaborative and supportive, with fortnightly OT Team meetings/ case study trainings, and MDT trainings on the alternate fortnight.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- 1-2 years' experience
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
