About the role

- Coordinate clinical practice and support nursing and medical staff to deliver protected, competent, evidence-based and patient-centred care.
- Promote best practice, participate in audits and incident management, and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide clinical supervision, education,



mentoring and professional development for nurses, graduates and students, helping build a capable and supportive team.
- Apply advanced clinical, problem-solving and coordination skills, providing specialist nursing knowledge and ensuring practice reflects current evidence, legislation and professional standards.
- Help lead the service, supporting workforce, resource and operational management while fostering collaboration, communication, learning and a positive team culture.

About you

- Mandatory: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); Emergency Nursing experience, Advanced Life Support and recent experience in an acute setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, risk management and delivering safe, high-quality care.
- Strong contemporary nursing knowledge with advanced clinical and problem-solving skills in a patient-focused environment.
- Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team and use effective education strategies to build staff capability and support evidence-based practice.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and sensitively with staff, patients and the wider community.

What we offer

Total remuneration value of up to $139,931 p.a. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $57.76 - $61.85 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
