Akubra Hats, a storied Australian hat maker based in Kempsey, NSW, is seeking a Wholesale Customer Success Manager to drive the wholesale customer experience across Domestic, Export and Corporate channels. You will manage orders from entry to despatch, invoicing and returns while resolving issues and building solid partner relationships.
You'll collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Production teams, support ERP/B2B systems, and escalation challenges to keep orders flowing smoothly.
