An expanding paediatric physiotherapist practice based in the south of Brisbane is seeking an experienced and passionate paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team!

Salaries starting from $100,000 - $115,000 + Super
Paediatric caseload based in a freshly renovated, purpose built clinic
Flexible working hours - opportunity to work a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight

About the Role:

In this role, you will spend the first few months working a caseload independently, then once you're settled in the role, you will begin building your own team of enthusiastic practitioners. Part of your leadership responsibilities will include contributing to quality improvement and operations of the service, providing professional development training to your team, creating New Graduate support programs and offering clinical supervision.



Your caseload responsibilities will decrease as you take on board more leadership roles.

- Work in a freshly renovated clinic and contribute your ideas to make the space functional for your OT clientsHelp build the OT resource library
- Work collaboratively with paediatric SP's & Physio's to support your clients
- Support your wider community - this practice is currently in the process of collecting assistive equipment to provide to families who can't afford it

Requirements

- 3-4 years OT experience with some leadership experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
