The Opportunity
Due to continued growth throughout the business, Skips and Scrap are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join the team in the Tomago Depot.
Key responsibilities
- General welding
- Fabricating
- Minor mechanical work
- Maintenance,
servicing and repairs to plant and equipment including trucks, mobile machinery, stationary plant and equipment
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth functionality of the plant
About you
- Solid maintenance background
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Heavy commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid Australia work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted visa)
